Bateman’s Bay Senior Carnival this Sunday
Bateman’s Bay senior carnival is on this Sunday at Malua Bay. Be at the SLSC to load gear trailer at 7am and leave straight after. Racing starts 9:30am. Please contact me if you need to organise a lift.

Great news! After a few weeks of carnivals, Sunday racing is back on this week for Swim Board Ski and Ironman. Good things come to those who train…and besides being a perfect “lactic session”, racing also sharpens the skills. 8am to set up, racing from 8:30 through to the handicap swim at 9:30. Tony

Announcement of the South Coast Branch Junior Female & Male Lifesaver of the Year 2011/2012
South Coast Branch wish announce that Joanna Stacey of Shellharbour Surf Life Saving Club and Brett Duggan of Mollymook Surf Life Saving Club have been selected as the South Coast Branch Female & Male Junior Life Saver of the Year for 2011/2012 season.
MMSLSC is hosting a BBQ
As part of the Branch Carnival this weekend we are hosting a BBQ, Come along, bring the family and enjoy some good company.
BBQ will start at 5pm, with meat and salad at just $5 per person and drinks at club prices.

Rescheduling of South Coast Branch Championships WATER Events
Information for South Coast Branch Championships Junior Carnival Competitors
ALL Water Events Postponed to 12th February 2012 due to today’s sea conditions.
Due to the Cancellation of ALL Water Events on Sunday 5 February 2012
The Water events have been rescheduled for inclusion in conjunction with the South Coast and Far South Coast Branchs Combined Carnival to be held at Mollymook SLSC on Sunday 12 February 2012.
Carnival to start at 8:30
Report time for Team Managers and Water Safety 8:00
Official and Water Safety ratio to be the same as Shellharbour Carnival
Carnival will be run as per program for the combined carnival with team events following after all individual events are completed
This will allow FSC people to get away as per planned as some are traveling from Pambula and Tathra
Club Entry Sheets will need to be presented at briefing for all Competitors Officials and Water safety
There will be no further entry costs.
Competitors can only compete for Branch Championship points if they were entered at the Shellharbour Carnival.

Combined South Coast – Far South Coast Carnival at Mollymook on 11-12th Feb
Registrations will be taken on the day prior to carnival starting. Water safety and officials ratio is 10 competitors 1 water safety and official 20 competitors 2 water safety and 2 officials etc
BRONZE – SRC INFORMATION EVENING
There will be an information and registration night for Bronze and SRC Courses at the Surf Club on Tuesday 7th February 2012 commencing at 7pm.
The pool swim for candidates will be held at Ulladulla Leisure Centre on Thursday 9th February. A time will be set at the registration evening.
Bronze squad qualifying swim is 400m in under 9 minutes.
SRC quad qualifying swim is 200m in under 5 minutes.
