Non Prize Winning Clubs to be entered into Draw for 2 sweep Oars. Clubs must have a representative present at the Presentation to be eligible to win the draw.

Mollymook SLSC would appreciate all place getters to attend the Presentation in support of our sponsor.

ENTRIES
Cost into the Mollymook Surf Boat Classic will be $20.00 per competitor. This will include entry into the Presentation at the Mollymook Golf Club Lounge at 5.30pm , Finger Food , 2 Drink Tickets and Entertainment will be provided. Clubs are asked to include non-competitor numbers wishing to attend the Presentation at $20/Hd for catering purposes. Tickets will be available from Mollymook SLSC at report time.

CLOSING DATE WILL BE 5pm MONDAY 10TH NOVEMBER 2008

SWEEP MEETING: 8.45am
START TIME 9.00am SHARP
There will be 2 Boat Areas with block racing starting with:
UNDER 23 WOMEN'S
UNDER 19 MEN'S
UNDER 23 MEN'S
RESERVES
OPEN WOMEN'S
OPEN MEN'S

Format will be decided at sweeps meeting but all Semi Finals and Finals will be run in the Southern Area Weather permitting.

ACCREDITED SURF SPORT OFFICIALS
All clubs with three or more crews entered will be required to supply ONE accredited surf sport official. This person will be required to work all day. Lunch, sponsors shirt and entry into the presentation will be provided. Food and light refreshments will be provided in the proximity of the clubhouse. No alcohol will be available at the beach.

Mollymook Golf Club will open their downstairs entertaiment area for food and refreshments which can be accessed from the beach with relaxed dress code . However entry into the main club will require normal dress regulation
