PATROLS

Members of our Club ensure that all Life Saving needs are maintained with South Mollymook beach being patrolled every weekend and public holiday from September to April every season. As well as this, both North Mollymook and South Narrawallee beaches are patrolled over the peak summer holiday period.

Mollymook Surf Life Saving Club also maintains a 24-hour call out roster which typically covers the area from Sussex Inlet (in the north) to Bawley Point (in the south), and beyond.

SKILLS MAINTENANCE

This season, we are having a strong focus on ensuring we are delivering the highest quality training to our members, and produce A-Grade Lifesavers on our beaches! As such, Skills Maintenance is going to look a little different this season.

It will remain that you can complete Skills Maintenance for all of your awards on 1 day, however we will have various sessions. Additionally, there will be a limit on members per session. 
 
Please register for the date you would like to complete your Skills Maintenance by emailing training@mollymooksurf.com.au. If you turn up on the day, without pre-registering, you run the risk of not being able to complete your Skills Maintenance as we have a strict trainer-to-candidate ratio we need to adhere too.
 
You MUST complete your eLearning prior to attending the day, otherwise you will not be able to participate in the practical component until you have done so.
 
Additionally, all IRB Crew and Driver WILL be going in the water and doing their Skills Maintenance for their IRB awards on the day. This will not be done during patrol like previous seasons. So please ensure you bring appropriate PPE.
