Swim, board, ski – new training times
Great news, daylight saving is over. The cows can relax, the curtains will stop fading, and we can get back to the beach in the morning.
The new training timetable is posted in the members info section. Click on the link below to go straight there.
The water is warm, and we can get a few more weeks of board paddling in. Board training is for both nippers and seniors. Keith is still running pool sessions 2 afternoons to get us ready for the ocean swim, and Crocko’s strength training sessions are underway. Congratulations to the new batch of ski paddlers who did a few weeks in the lake getting basic technique sorted out. Now we can put it to use in the ocean.
